·                     Customers should scan the QR code and click the link and submit a form to participate in the campaign

·                     Only those customers who register on https://iocl.xtrarewards.com/ subsequently will become eligible to participate in the Campaign.

·                     Campaign is only for those customers who submit the data on both QR code URL as well as register successfully on https://iocl.xtrarewards.com/ will become eligible to participate and take part in the submission of suggestions and to qualify for the gifts.

·                     Gifts qualification is subject to both authentication of suggestions and successful submission on the link https://iocl.xtrarewards.com/.

·          9566113819 is the number to be used for reference during registration process on https://iocl.xtrarewards.com/. Registration can also be done without using the reference number.

·                     Discretion of Indian Oil Corporation Limited by itself or through setting up a select panel of members that may also comprise the channel partners of the campaign, is final and binding in choosing the top 5 suggestions that are considered to be the best. 

·                     The legal governance of this entire campaign is subject to Chennai Jurisdiction

·                     The customer who becomes eligible for participation through successful enrolment and submission of data as per requirement and for the selection and award of gift would be required to comply with the formalities such as Insurance, Registration, Road Tax, and gift tax to be paid as the prevailing norms, before claiming the gifts from the concerned.

·                     Winner should travel to the required destination at their expense to claim/collect the gift after complying the formalities referred to above.

·                      This scheme will be for petrol customers only. Two wheeler customers are to fill in ₹ 200 worth petrol and 4 wheeler customers to fill in ₹ 1000 Petrol to become eligible and to participate in the scheme

·                     The campaign is open to the existing "XtraRewards" and to those who opt for new enrolment during the campaign. 

·                     User scans the QR Code that is displayed in the petrol bunk. Mobile/App that they are using to scan will prompt to launch URL. Once the URL is launched, user can enter the details and submit.

·                     At the end of the campaign, up to a maximum of 5 customers from XtraRewards scheme would be chosen by IOCL or through a panel of members including those from the channel partners set up by them, based on their suggestion. Winner can claim the prize after due verification of address proof, complying the formalities such as payment of gift tax on ex showroom price, insurance, registration, road tax etc. They will be gifted with 1 Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 car each. 

·                     These selected customers are expected to produce the original cash challan at the time of claiming the gift, and on paying the statutory gift tax and providing the challan thereof and providing the details about the customer data and identification through PAN Card, Aadhar Card, etc. 

·                     Under no circumstances encashment of any gifts items would be admissible.

·                     The decision of IOCL, or the panel set by IOCL that may include the channel partners, is final in regard to declaration of Winners which is based on a suggestions selected by IOCL or its committee set up for this purpose.

·               The suggestion to be submitted at the petrol outlet as part of this campaign is on a topic related to COVID 19 and the precautions to be taken to stay safe against this pandemic.
